About Me
I am a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University, pursuing a Master of Science in Robotic Systems Development. I am working with Field AI on generalist autonomous indoor navigation in humanoid robots. I interned at Amazon Industrial Robotics Group in summer 2026.
I am interested in mobile manipulators and legged robots. My areas of expertise are learning and optimal control algorithms, ROS, robotic simulation, embedded development, and robotics software. I am currently pushing the frontiers in vision-language-action models (VLAs) and humanoid robotics.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay with a major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Systems and Controls Engineering. During my undergraduate I had the opportunity to work with Prof. Vivek Sangwan and Prof. Prasanna Gandhi. I was also a member of the IIT Bombay Mars Rover Team, developing mechanical solutions for Martian rovers.

- Agentic reinforcement learning for self-learning orchestration and development of robot skills
- Collaborative use of elevators by humans and humanoid robots
- Using system one models to improve robot task orchestration, control intervention, and supervision
- General indoor navigation for humanoids and all mobile manipulators
